What Can You Do To Help?

SWEPP provides advocacy for gifted programs at the state and district level, keeps parents of gifted children informed about students’ needs, and raises money to support EPP programs/classrooms and additional enrichment opportunities for all students in the district. We need your participation to make all these things happen! Ways that you can help are:

Join Now! Become a Member

Become a member and start supporting enrichment opportunities for Worthington’s kids, teachers, and EPP program today. Fill out our online membership form. Or, click here for a downloadable SWEPP membership form. Complete form and mail to SWEPP or bring completed form to the next SWEPP meeting.

Volunteer

SWEPP needs volunteers for various functions throughout the year. If you have an interest in serving as a SWEPP school liaison, an EPP advocate, and/or as an event volunteer please email us or sign up at the next SWEPP meeting.

Donations & Sponsorships

SWEPP is a registered 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.  All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.  Cash donation may be submitted via our membership form.  For additional information about donating to SWEPP or sponsoring a SWEPP program, please contact Lauren Tate, Treasurer.

Advocacy

Since 1952, the Ohio Association for Gifted Children has been working with families and educators to promote the best interest of gifted children. OAGC advances understanding of the needs of the gifted, promotes establishment of programs and services for gifted students, and encourages the exchange of information on the national, state and local level.
